I loved the pizza and pasta we shared - sorry no photos of the Ndjua pizza or sage / butter ravioli as we were too busy eating it! Would highly recommend- avoid the tourist traps and go here. “ Arrived in Richmond late on a Saturday afternoon and from the taxi noticed a nice looking wine bar and opposite, an Italian restaurant. The wine bar didn’t serve food, so we crossed the road to La Luna Di Luca. We were fortunate to get a table (without a booking) and enjoyed seeing so many family groups dining out together. The menu has many flavours from Sardinia and we really enjoyed the Tagliatelle al Ragu and the Mallureddus Campidanese (Sardinian pasta with sausage) - both expertly cooked al dente. The rocket and pomegranate salad complemented the pasta perfectly. The moreish rose was exactly as the owner described it - fruity and dry. I would like to drink it again! The only downside was the unexpected “optional” 12.5% service charge - the highest we’ve come across on this trip. We’d definitely eat here again - the pizzas looked very good too. ”
